ZEED LOAN collects user information in order to better serve customers. When the client provides personal information to ZEED LOAN, ZEED LOAN will use the application to interact with information created by user applications at the time of use. 1.What kind of Personal Information is collected by ZEED LOAN
Personal Information:
including: name, cell phone number, Required NRC ID, emergency contact information, photo, residential address, location, email address, etc.
Device Information:
We need your authorization to obtain your Android version, phone device information, network usage information, phone brand, and other device information. The purpose of obtaining this information is to ensure that you are the one operating the device using your own frequently used phone, and that it is not someone else impersonating you or using a virtual device.
Coarse Location Information:
With your authorization, we will collect your approximate location information to ensure you are a resident of Zambia and that your business application is being conducted within Zambia.
Camera
In order for you to provide the review information normally, we need your camera to take pictures when you submit images of your documents; we also need your camera to take pictures when you submit images of qualification certificates, system failures, or other issues.(only for special services/ features）
We also collect other personal information and employment information, third party information, etc. The purpose of collecting this information is to improve the services we provide for you. The provision of information depends on how you use it to participate in our products or services. Disclosure and Sharing of private data
When you submit the information, it shall be deemed as your consent to ZEED LOAN regarding the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information by ZEED LOAN. ZEED LOAN will never display, rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others.
The following circumstances are excluded:
When your desired products and services can only be provided if your personal information is disclosed;

User hereby consents to and authorized the release by ZEED LOAN (the Lenders) and its third party partners, such as but not limited to, the following:
a) Identity and Credit Information;
b) Data usage records;
c) Borrower status
When a user's loan is overdue, your private data may be submitted to an officially recognized credit reporting agency for public disclosure. By authorizing this agreement, you agree to submit your data and overdue information to the official credit reporting agency for display.
Privacy: we protect all user information and do not share user information with third parties unless authorized by the user.
4.Age
To use our ZEED LOAN service, you must be at least 20 years old. If you do not meet the age requirement, using the ZEED LOAN service is and will be prohibited.
5. Changes to Privacy Policy
We will update the policy on our website and mobile devices so you can reconsider your new security policy.
6. Account Information Deletion
When you no longer need our services, you can delete your account information in two ways: 1) Send an application to our customer service email address: customer@chibanjecapital.com , with the subject: Registered Mobile Number + Product Name + Delete Account ; 2) Submit your application through the Account Information Deletion Application module on our official service website. We will confirm and delete your account information within 14 business days of receiving your application. After the information is deleted, you will no longer be able to enjoy the credit limit accumulated over time.
